Is Bartschi injured, or why is he not in the lineup?

IIHF website says:

Switzerland’s Bärtschi, a 2011 first-round pick of the NHL’s Calgary Flames, left the ice against Sweden with concussion-like symptoms. He is listed as day-to-day, but will likely be sidelined for the remainder of the Preliminary Round.

I don´t have a good feeling about his game....:(

Wow, that sucks, first Nino now Bartschi. The Swiss could have had a very good team with a chance on the semis with those two playing.

This should be the most intense game out of all today. These teams are the only playing real do or die game tonight. Good luck to both.

Haha, thanks, though I think that´s kinda impossible, isn´t it? :D Most intense probably, but probably totally boring as well as it usually is with the games between this two teams...

I don't know.

The Czech/Finland game and Sweden/Russia game are both pretty huge.

Russia/Sweden are playing for a guaranteed medal game tonight. The winner, at worst, will play in the Bronze Medal game.

And the Czech/Finland game will decide who has to play Sweden/Russia or Slovakia/Switzerland. Whoever wins will play a team, who in theory, should be much easier than the team that loses.

The only game with no tournament implications is the USA/Canada game, which should be a good game anyway because of the rivalry.

Those are big games too for sure. But all teams (cze, fin, rus, swe) have still chance to fix their tournament after tonights game. Slovakia and Switzerland don't.

Doesn't look like this is going to be on TSN, unless I read something wrong. Anyone have a stream?

It's too bad Switzerland can never have a full team in this tournament. They lose Bartschi and don't have Nino this year and the year when they beat Russia they also had to do it without Josi and Sbisa.

Most teams are missing players though.

Look at Canada. How much better would they be with Seguin, Hall, and RNH?

Very poor line change by SVK, and not only that but he was sending out the fourth line out there.
