I was out playing some pickup with some of my buddies (all guys, I was the only girl) and I lost an edge in the corner and pulled my groin.
It hurts like an SOB.
I've been icing and stretching it, but I play regularly and have tryouts for one of the high level teams here in town.
Ang suggestions what to do to stregthren and hopefully quicken the recovery time?
