First time on ice in Turin for some of the swedes. The Canucks-players are using borrowed sticks. Sweden are rolling all four lines on PP. Probably messed up sleeping patterns with jetlag. Considering all that, it was pretty decent.

I think Sedin/Sedin/Samuelsson might turn into a real weapon for Sweden in this tourney.

I was just going to say that ice was looking pretty bad

The ref should have waited a minute or two so that some of the water froze. But pretty sloppy from Bäckman not to take notice that the ice was horrible.

Is Kazakhstan's tactical game still playing like lumberjacks!?

Not really. Sweden seems to be allowed to enter attacking zone much easier than we expected. And not all that much physical or dirty play.

With the new standars for refering, they would never play 5 on 5 otherwise.
