I'm mixed on it. But similar to your take muscle/weight...I am all for guys coming off early AFTER THEY GO HARD. I just don't see that. Is he incapable or just discouraged for some reason. I really can't tell from here.

I think it is the "discouraged" but it really is hard to tell. He doesn't strike me as being out of shape but we don't know how he did fitness testing wise. Like I have said before I thin strength will come in the next two years and I think that will help with his explosiveness.
