My laptop broke and I'm gonna buy a new one tomorrow, so doing this a bit unorthodox but I guess it'll work.
I mean the Avs have not shown a lot of good things this season so I guess this is right in line then.

Nieto is in

Avs made huge headlines, this time not for the longest franchise losing streak at home (10 games now and counting),
but because they improved their roster by claiming Matt Nieto off waivers. He should play tonight.

In other news Beauchemin is ill and won't play so two small positives right there in a season of pain.
Although this means Gelinas is in.....

Avs fans in the can may have to get in on this tonight:

Heavy Gloom indeed.....

For some reason burgundy background makes text look terrible,
but the Avs are not worthy of better right now anyway so whatever.

I predicted an Avs win and I stand by it.

Can't lose every game.

I betcha with Beauchemin out, we win. Or at least play better defensively. Man the amount of pucks off him and in this year has been nuts. I cant believe how much of a sieve hes been defensively

I got free lower bowl seats for this game through work yesterday. Am I lucky or unlucky?

At least Rants is having a pretty good rookie season all things considered.

EJ Hradek just said if we put together a team here in the NHL studio we might be able to beat the Avs:laugh:

That's funny yet pretty sad at the same time because he might actually be right

Imagine if Landeskog came down with an illness and only took warmup.

A reminder that Iginla turned down a 4 year deal from the Islanders. They could have been stuck with him next season as well as this one.
