Logically it should be Lindholm in on the right side to replace Mironov and Z in to replace Barbs.

If Avs play like they did against the Rangers defensively, and with Bernier in net, they'll probably lose. They gave up way to many chances, had too many turnovers, and wont have Varly to bail them out this time.

 I was expecting something really cheeky. I would hope he is expecting to win.

It's not OTT but to me

"I'm confident we can win" is different than "I'm looking forward to the win"

If I'm Bednard I absolutely post that on the bulletin board.

First rookie mistake and the guy hasn't taken a shift yet.

He's also an 18 year old who is getting ready for his first nhl game, he's probably nervous and it came out wrong in the interview.

Surprised by Barbi being scratched, but he didn't look great last game. So I guess Bednar is sending a message that everyone has to earn their roster spot.

I love the fact that guys are on short leashes. If you are not pedal to the metal you are out. It keeps the players focused.

We didn't/could'nt do that last year and it showed.

My least favourite part about opening week is having to wait through the ~20 minute long home openers, this is gonna be like the fifth one in four days I'm seeing.

Jost over Soderberg at Center is interesting...

Especially given Soderbergs vision issues...

Looks like they really, really want him to be the successor of Duchene at center...

EDIT:

Should probably add that I like the changes as well.

Have to praise Bednar for that.

Only problem is that Bernier instead of Varly will probably not end well for us and undo these nice adjustments if we lose.
