THIS game is going to put us back on track and Suter will have a fantastic night!

Nice opening, it looks great. I love that Parise shot. I need some Parise icons badly.

Anyway, we will win this, I predict, 4-2.

Parise 1, Koivu, 1, Seto 1, Suter 1.

Gainfully Employed
Nashville 4-1 (empty netter)

Parise score for Wild (assist by Coyle)

Shea Weber either scores or gets 2 assists for Preds.

WIld will be outshot by at least 10 shots.

Will be another ugly game to watch.

I expect two things tonight:

1. Wake the **** up, guys
2. A win

I don't care how ugly it is, we need 2 points. Don't care how it has to get done, just that it happens!

Yeo vs Trotz. The former gets so little out of so much, the latter gets so much out of so little. The Preds always play the Wild well at Xcel. For the Wild to win, they need to get at least two goals early, real early. Possibly 3 goals. Have to count on Backstrom or Harding to give up 1-2 bad goals per game, which has been this year's modus operandi.

So, there's team that's struggling to score combined with a leaky defense and a mediocre goalie. Then there's a team that plays defensively well and has a hot goalie, but the offense is rather unremarkable. The Preds could take this even if they were outshot. I'm not going to make any guesses because I'm always wrong (so I should probably say the Preds will win).

Wild need to score goals!

11th game, 11th hour.
Rinne is a test. I scheduled earlier that skyisfalling after 12 games (1/4 of a season). So, not yet.. but it's close.

Go Wild Go, now or never.

edit: oops guess he played in the Van. game. only game I quit watching after the 1st cause I was pretty sure where it was headed.

If we win this game, I see us doing it in either OT or shootout. A comeback win is just what the team needs to pull themselves out of this funk.

Nashville is one of those teams that always embarrasses us, home or away. Right now we're pretty prone to those awful games where we push really hard and work our ***** off without scoring for half the game only to make one mistake watch the other guys pot a few quick cheapies and make it look embarrassingly easy. Trotz's system is built around those sorts of lapses that we're already playing into anyway.

I'm not super sad that I won't be able to watch this one.
