Is Zuccy still playing? Invisible.

I look forward to the day the coaching staff realizes he's a PP specialist, but at even strength you play him on the fourth line and hope he can bring some offense to that line. Playing with Dewar and Duhaime would be perfect for him because they can do the dirty work, he can float around and try to get the puck in deep or to the net where the other two can bang away in close.

Here's a trick question for you all:
Who's the insomniac on the Penguins?

No Faber!!!!!!!

Had Faber done that to Crosby, he'd be sitting in the box. Guess it pays to be a princess.

Crosby's always had a little dirt in his game, he's just mostly smart/lucky/covert/subtle about it

It is absolutely insane how quickly Zucc aged out. He is utterly useless everywhere on the ice and a complete turnover machine. He belongs on the pp and absolutely nowhere else. What an absolute waste of a roster spot

Sure wasn't subtle that time.

It was in the sense that the refs really couldn't tell what the penalty was there, if there was one, in real time

Yeah and you saw it coming last season already and for some reason he still got a 2 year extension before his current contract is even over. Mind boggling.

That's an obvious uncalled tripping though

Brodin with the intermission interview. Cover your children's ears!

Obvious call on Carter not called there... because it would be a 5 on 3. Hockey can be so stupid, sometimes

So they almost took Faber out, Foligno left the game, and then tripped Brodin there at the end.....all in a matter of minutes. Good times.

Hopefully he is proud enough to realize he can’t play anymore and he retires. Also if he’s really that great of a leader let’s keep him on the staff somewhere if he wants.

Unfortunately pride isn't stronger than floating around collecting 8M for two years until your friend leaves the team

That's why you don't give guys contracts well into their 30's unless you have to. For every Pavelski, there are 25 other guys who lose their legs. Just hope Spurge has something left when he comes back next year.
