Both have been absolutely terrible. Gio is in a league of his own this seasonLol colour team bashes Hamilton for his bad turnover but were too busy sucking Brodie's dick to comment on his d play this period
He coulda stopped Larkin for sure. I think only one goes in on Smith.Lack hasn't had a chance on all 4 goals. He plays way too small in his net though
Stone was there to block the shot. Brodie was nowhere to be seenHave to see it again, but I'm pretty sure it was Stone who was lost.
Brodie has looked terrible most of the year.

Here's the thing, goalies in the NHL have to make a save once in a while. Yes, even hard ones. It's not enough for them to make just the saves their supposed too; other teams have high end offensive players that will create openings and whatnot. That's the difference from Smith this year and the Elliott last year.
Lack hasn't been anywhere good enough even with the defence looking horrendous. Which is the second thing; no matter how cap space the Flames allocate to their backend or how many assets they give up for names, the defence is always kind of mediocre. Should have just saved their first rounder, promoted Andersson and signed some cheap AHL depth in case of injuries.
