Damn, REALLY liked his game last night too....I could've seen him in the line up over Soshnikov down the stretch here if he kept playing like the way he did.

Re-Enter Josh Leivo then!

For sure, may have been the largest line in the League.

Fehr was really good in his role last night.

Really liked him last night, but this will allow Leivo to get in the lineup

? What were you expecting out of him? A Gordie Howe hat trick? He and our 4th line were very good last night, set the tone for the game in the 1st period.

the entire 4th line were hemmed in every single shift as soon as they got on the ice it tilted toward Andersen, outside of a few nice physical plays they were pathetic and could of cost us the game.

how serious was it. He should be back soon right?

Spent the night in the hospital and now has a cast. I'd say his season is over.

Wasn't he a player many thought would be exposed in the expansion draft? Can you expose an injured player?

Haha, it's funny how we suddenly care for this guy. His injury has a minuscule impact on our team.

Well to be fair we had nothing to judge him off of until last night. A lot of people on these boards and on twitter liked his game. Would've been nice to see him get a longer look.

Wow, 40-45% possession for our 4th line last night...they were really hemmed in all night huh?

Hopefully.

I thought he would have added a lot of value down the stretch and in the playoffs. Hardly miniscule, IMO.

I don't care for him too much but I really feel for him. He got a chance and immediately got injured long-term.

No matter how much you don't like a player, it must suck on a personal for him.

We survived before Fehr, we will survive post Fehr.

Not even sure if Soshnikov will be ready to go, Leivo is more then capable, and he'll be a fresh body in a back to back.

eric fehr's season with the maple leafs looks one and done.

In the third period of wednesday's 5-2 win over the blue jackets, his first game, the veteran winger sustained what is suspected to be a broken left hand. He was seen at the airport in columbus thursday morning with his hand in a cast and arm in a sling.
