I just read that in 1963, doctors told him he had 2 years to live.

And then in 1985, they said he wouldn't speak again.

He died in 2018 and despite not being able to use his voice, he was still able to speak.

Haha no I'm happy with the announcement today. I haven't looked deeply into the project but seems to me it's a step in the right direction.

They need to shove the 3e lien up their asses. Upgrade Pierre-Laporte to include the tramway to Levis and it'll look good.
