Bruins PP #1
Leafs PK #16

Let's see which officiating we get this game. The extremes of the first two games vs last two, or somewhere in the more reasonable middle.

Lets hope Bergeron is back regardless.

I hope McQuaid takes Kadri as a dance partner early. Then Miller.

Why would Kadri fight McQuaid?

Maybe Polak can fight Marchand instead.

Let's go Bs. No one wants to see this mediocre Leafs team move on. Hf can't handle a full off season of "Matthews is the greatest cause he lead his team to the 2nd round" type arguments.

Bruins win handily, 4 or 5 zip.

Leafs fans become fans of all teams the Jets play in sour jealousy.

LOL the latter was true since game 1 of 82 back in October

I honestly i don't know what to feel or expect. Expecting Andy to shit the bed again and Rask to stand on his head, don't see any reason why it would be any different. Hoping the boys in blue and white come out white a fire lit under their ass, return of Kadri should have a big impact. But this entire series has just been a shit show from the leafs perspective. We need everyone to play with heart on every single damn shift. It can't just be Marner and Rielly. AM and Nylander need to show up, and since Andersens been asleep for quite some time now he should be well enough rested to have a big game. Hoping for the best, expecting the worst.

This is exactly where we were 5 years ago with Boston leading 3 games to 1 and coming home - it is not over until you see a handshake line.
Different team. Different coach . Different locker room dynamic and Bergy and Krecji and the vets know what needs to be done. Simply put we attack now and do not lay back as we did under Julien. The players on the Leafs are different and the past is truly the past.

I think the Bruins will also be aware that 2 teams that could have closed out a series at home with a 3-1 lead on Friday DIDN'T but the Leafs can find solace in what Colorado and Philadelphia last night.

The only thing I am certain is TD Garden will be rocking cause it's Saturday Night

Quoting here, "Saturday night at the Garden, the Bruins will take the ice for Game 5 of this series, and the noise in the big barn will shake the rail station downstairs. It will feel just like the old days in the Hub of Hockey."

Dan Shaughnessy - Boston Globe columnist.

I don't think there were a group of fans that were happier that the Jets were coming back to the league than Leafs fans. It gave us a fresh Canadian team in the opposite conference to cheer for. But, Jets fans just had to fit in with everyone else and shit on the Leafs every chance they could get. You guys make it real hard to cheer for you.

As far as English Canada media is concerned Toronto is 'The Centre of the Universe'.

Both Sportsnet and TSN gear their hockey coverage to the 'Golden Horseshoe' surrounding Toronto. During the regular season both networks offer regional coverage of games but all of the studio shows are TO based.

We see it in the US when NHL Network feeds us Sportsnet Hockey Central at Noon on weekdays and usually, the show is 80% Leafs.

So all/most other Canadian teams' fans hate Toronto? Might it have anything to do with Newton's third law of motion?

Bruins 5, Leafs 3, Matthews scores all 3 leafs goals.

Blame placed on Matthews after the game, despite performing well. Fans say he'll never take his team past the first round. Matthews calls Ovechkin for advice on how to handle unfair and unwarranted criticism despite doing all you can to help your team, Ovechkin is quiet for a full minute, before muttering a subtle "vodka" and hangs up.

Bonus prediction: The inevitable finally happens, JVR chokes on his mouth guard.
