Was my favorite player for a long time til he stopped hitting. Great player and it'll be weird not seeing him on the team anymore.

Looked like he retired in game 1 this year, glad he made the right call. Thanks for the memories Brownie, the C that brought us 2 cups.

Next year Quick then Kopitar. The rebuild (good or bad) is slow, but it is happening.

still sad by this, and still scratching my head that AA was out on he ice when the game was over in game 7 but Brown was not. I imagine Brown was ok with this, but I wanted to see Brown out there again. I remember Selanne's last game how big of a deal the broadcast made it. Sportsnet dropped the ball here, made the end of that game all about Smith, McDavid and Leon's injury. Camera did not follow Brown at all. Again I am sure Brown would have been just fine with this, but selfishly I wanted to see more of him. I know he will have his day in the spotlight when his jersey is retired. May have to book a trip to LA for that.
