Raymond as our #1 RW with Batherson as the #2 RW would be amazing depth...
I'd love to see an RW selected at 5. Batherson as a #1 RW is a little unsettling, but he fits great at #2.

100%And so would the HF Board of any team that would do this if they were in the same position as the Sens.

Those are the players they can afford in a long run. That's it. I believe they have a projected salary chart, what player will worth after ELC until free agency. Askarov will get 4-5 a year, the same for Quinn. Money talks.
Stutzle and Raymond could explode to Matthew $11.634 million number. Not good for their thrifty books. Why would you draft such players? So, do not be surprise with Melnyk. ((( I am ready for this. Are you all?
With Tkachuk and Duclair on the left, pretty legit top 6 assuming our #3 and other C prospects work out.Raymond as our #1 RW with Batherson as the #2 RW would be amazing depth...

Tkachuk - Stutzle/Byfield- Raymond
Duclair - Norris/Brown - Batherson
Formenton - Norris/Brown - White/C. Brown
Balcers/ Abramov - Chlapik/Paul - White/C. Brown
Has Perfetti’s name been linked to the Sens at all? I haven’t noticed it
Not really at all honestly. I don't even think he's in the cards for us
Watch Dorion use the 28th pick to pick 4th , and Yzerman hoodwinks him into thinking he is drafting Ottawa's guy...
Eugene must have made some Russian friends.
Hm I wonder why, thought he was ranked high enough. Wonder what Dorion sees (or doesn't) in him to make that the case
For those who don't know where to watch the draft: It will be played on Sportsnet. You can get a weekly subscription for $9.99 and just cancel once the draft is done. Doesn't look like TSN is playing it.
