There were also three other players around Palmieri just watching the play. Ceci was the only one who saw the play developing.
Well if he did he wouldn't have took the long way (back of net on Anderson right) to where the play was and then have to hustle back to Palmeri

Duchene, Stone, Hoffman is a solid AF top 3 of forwards. Karlsson and Chabot an awesome top 2 D. Goaltending is a question mark going forward but we’re not that far off if most or at least some of the young guys like White/Brown/Chlapik/Batherson/Formenton/Jaros/Harpur/Lajoie can pan out.

He had to hustle back there because nobody else took the man. It's fine to criticize Ceci but you're forgetting that those other players are also supposed to play defense in their zone.

Oduya has had probably his best game since the Duchene trade tonight. It's a low bar, but he cleared it. Colour me surprised.

Also, credit where credit is due: Boro has had a great little game for himself.

Keep dreaming, Melnyk aint paying Erik 11 + million a year.
