McDavid and Draisaitl could easily be our version of Crosby-Malkin, Yzerman-Fedorov, Sakic-Forsberg, Modano-Nieuwendyk...and dare I say Lemieux-Francis or Gretzky-Messier.

If the Oilers don't manage to win a cup in the time that McDavid and Draisaitl are on the roster, it will be a big fail. Thankfully, we have the building blocks to at least have a chance to see it happen.

Imagine these two players when they are fully mature in 2-3 years. Yikes.
