I said it last game and I’ll say it again... why is no one holding our captain accountable? Everyone wants to go after Artemi and others but not Foligno.

0 points... ZERO points in his last 6 games. -4 in that span too. And please don’t tell me “it’s his ice time” because it’s... not. He’s averaging 21 minutes in the last 6 games. He’s been completely invisible. Not the kind of production you want from the captain and our first line center.

He's been busy pointing fingers at others..

I have a real concern for Wennberg, wtf is wrong with him? He's anemic. It's his new love life? Has he trained on the ice during off season at all? And how long Torts is gonna blend those lines for every damn game? How are they suppose to develop any chemistry?

If tonight was the last time we ever see Dalpe in a Columbus uniform, I'd be thrilled.

This team really misses Gagner.

Although we played a horrid third period last night, I am not getting too pissed. We have three significant players out with injuries, and with all the new younguns in the line-up, are still trying to find some consistent chemistry. Going to have to figure there are going to be some ugly rough spots along the way.

Had the same thought last night and it is the saving grace to my sanity right now because last night was about as frustrating as it gets. :naughty:

Everyone got assigned to someone. (I think SuperGenius was supposed to tell everyone.) Nick is yours.

Having watched so little of the game, I hesitate to comment on it. But it's one where just reading the box score tells me all I need to know. Torts had it right....penalties! You can't go 0-3 on penalties in the 3rd and 0-3 on the kill.

(I did see Dalpe's penalty and feel more at peace with having posted on Dalpe:)

Gagner? What?

He was completely invisible post streak. Bjorkstrand has more than filled his role. This team is missing its 3 PK specialists. We need Sedlak back to solidify the bottom 6 and Cam back to solidify the top 6. Calvert comes back and brings a much needed energy boost and PK boost.

I think he's pretty balanced. I respect his opinions.

I always respected his opinions when he posted here. But since I don't really use Twitter he's to me like any other poster who stopped coming around.

Also, if you tilt over to one side, another person tiled over to one side looks like they're standing straight.

He was the most consistently absurdly pessimistic poster here for a long time, but was able to cover it with pseudointellectual nonsense so folks actually presumed he had a point when in fact it was rationalization of the same old garbage. He was also utterly immune to anything resembling criticism, and was directly responsible for the "protest" that embarrassed the fanbase (and got me personally directly harassed for a year because I dared to disagree). I celebrate regularly the fact that he doesn't post here anymore and would love it if his tweets were banned from this forum. He was a ****ing cancer, and he's gone now, and that is a good thing for all of us.

Seriously. He celebrated Brian Burke as the sort of GM we needed to start winning. Brian. Burke.

Capn was an expert on everything. He knew medicine better than your doctor. He knew the law better than the Supreme Court. He spent a long time telling everyone the Jackets should give up the farm to LA for a true, elite 1D called JmfJ. He argued the Jackets had a roster that should be a contender and the only thing holding them back? Hitchcock!

Then there was his “strike”. The only thing interesting about him is his temper tantrum of the day. It’s like watching a car wreck.

On another subject, hey don’t disrespect Burkie. He is the coolest hockey exec of all time. I love his press conferences.

Huh. Didn't think that would cause this type of discussion. I guess I don't remember his posts here much, other than the strike. His twitter page, to me, is pretty balanced.

Im personally scared of getting on Viqsi's bad side. Tbh

Oy gevalt, yes. He was fairly clever, but nowhere near as smart as he carried himself as.

I'll readily concede that Burke is fun to watch, but G-d forbid he ever run a team I care about.
