I think it'll be basically a three way trade involving the newhook deal.

Tampa doesn't need newhook and his salary, they need picks. Colton isn't high upside enough for Montreal.

Arb eligible and nearly 27. They committed a lot of assets to get Jeannot. Maybe they see them as similar players and this is a way to recoup assets for a player they can't afford.
