'Benefit the Blackhawks' makes it seem like it's a more notable player than not.

Interested to see if it's around Ullmark since the Bruins seem to be looking to move one of the goalies.

DeBrusk and Reilly to CHI for Tampa's 1st?

Just from a quick glance the three most likely Bruins are DeBrusk, Gryz, and Reilly, Hall has trade protection and I doubt he's waiving for Chicago

I am really interested to see what the price is for Boston to dump salary.

I have a theory that for teams where it would be a “nice to have” to unload salary—ie, maybe they want to free up salary for some acquisitions—the price isn’t that extreme.

But for teams where unloading salary is a “need to have” for them to operate—ie, they have no reasonable path to being cap compliant—the price is going to have them bent over a barrel.

DeBrusk is super interesting. He is happy with Cassidy gone. But he is a UFA next summer. Are the Bruins gonna bring him back? 4 million bucks for a guy that has 37 goals in his last 82 games is some really good value right now. They aren't going to get better value for 4 million bucks, but if they don't want to bring him back long term (or don't like his price to)...
