Yea you are right. He is below his career average of under 1 point per game. He should catch up eventually.A 16 games sample means very little in the context of those long-term deals (except Giroux). All your post proves is players react differently to changes and have different strengths and weaknesses, which any knowledgeable hockey fan should understand, but clearly, not everyone does.
Coming from an open, offensive style in Florida, to a Sutter-style game is a drastic change and something Huberdeau needs to figure out. It might take time, but it doesn't mean he's lost all his previous abilities after 16 games.
