If I were Vancouver—Kent Johnson isn't who I would target. He doesn't fit Vancouver's modus operandi of going for it now.

The person from Columbus that I think they would covet is Boone Jenner. They would love to have that player at that cap-hit and term. He would be Vancouver's Manny Malholtra 2.0.

And you're more likely to get Kent Johnson for a song than to pry Jenner out of Columbus.

Wouldn’t move Lekkerimaki or the 1st for either

Vancouver - Garland, Beauvillier, Lekkerimaki and a 2024 1st

Canucks won’t move the 1st or Lekkerimaki for anything less than a top 4 RHD ala Hronek. If they want to add Bear they can do a different deal to pay someone to take Myers with retention.
