By the OP's projected lines we only have 23mil cap of players who can play now but NHL cap floor is 60mil.
Technically if we LTIR those who have covid and bring up the rest of healthy AHL team we will under cap floor right?
- We can LTIR those who op out/on covid list right?
- Is there limit on how much LTIR we can put on (additonal exemption due covid)?
