Well, it's a lower-impact game in the standings against an Eastern team, and the coaches can gauge Heed and Ryan in a shut-down situation. I'll give DeBoer a pass on this since it's October.

Most of the lineup is expendable, imo. Hansen probably is gone at the deadline for a 3rd. Dillon though is probably kept through the season given his contract and I don't really see the Sharks having interest in trading him nor there being much interest from other teams in him yet.
