This calling Nelson a girl thing is getting old. It's just wrongheaded on so many levels.

I am probably more mad at the Isles for giving this guy a huge pass all the time, so many players are toyed around with and this guy never is benched or left in the luxury box for a guy who is a very bad example of a passionate athlete. Pulock gets benched for one bad play but Nelson who doesn't contribute and has as many assists as TavHoSang in the past 25 games

I’d do it. I’m not he biggest Demers fan but he would be an upgraded over all our Defensman with the exception of Leddy,Boychuck, and CDH. He’s also signed for a few more years for under 4mil.

With CDH out this is a trade that could help us.

With Boychuk and CDH out, he would be top pairing guy right now but probably a solid 3/4 for us, he is not doing as badly as other Arizona dmen, he will get 20 points a year, he plays somewhat physical and has been part of some dominant "regular" season teams, Dallas and San Jose had best records with him on the team.... Have to deal Nelson now he has completely faded while most have flourished.

I noticed the Bridgeport Sound Tigers have a promotion series of bobblehead giveaways this season. February 25th is a Brock Nelson bobblehead. Perhaps some foreshadowing? We can hope.

He did have a good game on Friday but a lot of his Warroad, MN connections were in the house so that could have been the reason. No assists since 10/26, and just 4 points in that span, his numbers are falling into a Tambellinesque appearance. He maligns the 3rd line, if the 3rd line was Prince/Quine/Beau it would be an energy line, but you can't call a line an energy line when the center needs a cocktail of viagra, cialis, red bull, and 5 hour energy drink to show up for a game

Brock Nelson “back checking” on that 2-1 was one of the most disgusting efforts I’ve ever seen in my entire life.

Thought the same. He needs to sit. I don't care for who. He is lazy. He isn't even motivated by his RFA status.

Who to blame....
Brock the "Rock" for being just what he is, a Lifeless empty jersey...
Or Snow and Cappy/Weight for not trying to light a fire under this softys ass and keeping him around so long?
Can you imagine him in an old time preseason camp with Al or Scotty Bowman?

I want him maning a radar tower in Alaska by the end of the day.just mail him his clothes.
Last 31 games 4-1-5. I wish Reaves twisted his head off like Messier did to Blake. With all the injuries maybe DalColle comes up

Amen. I don't even want to waste time trading him. Just tell him not to get on the bus.

Honestly just waive him, IF someone picks him up great, infect their team, if not, enjoy Bridgeport til your contract ends or your balls descend

He looks more stoned than ever this year. Watching him play is sickening

It is crazy, after the empty net goal against Flyers, Weight sent him out on the ice, and it seemed like Nelson had a delayed reaction, guy has less points than Cal Clutterbuck who missed 5 games and has one point more than JHS who has played half the games. Did you see when Barzal did his super spin move and Nelson was in his way... odd man rush the other way

Coyotes fan coming in peace to ask a few questions regarding Nelson and others.
- How is Nelson valued? Is he worth a 2nd? or has his value dropped off that much?
- Any chance Kulemin is back this year?

Thanks

If the Coyotes gave us a 2nd rounder, that would be generous at this point and I think every poster here would volunteer driving him to the desert. If we could get him for Demers I think that is risk both teams should take. Isles need a dman that has experience that can eat minutes and do the right thing. Nelson could find himself playing on your top line and less pressure and find his touch, but he is as masculine as Anderson Cooper at a day spa

Nelson is valued by Garth Snow higher than anyone else. Garth luvs him his own draft picks.

Nelson has an excellent wrist shot but not much else. He's 6'3" 240lbs but plays on the perimeter. He has to be fed the puck and will take his shot from the high slot.

If you want him you can have him. A 2nd round pick would be more than enough to get him, and I'll drive him to the airport. No need to thank me.
