You are just going to use the group of letters and numbers after the '=' starting with 'F'
Copy that part and paste in between YT in square brackets and /YT at the end in another set of square brackets.
so {YT}FyU1a4c1Tdk{/YT} but change } type brackets into ] type

I think you forgot to mention Marc Staal!
Skjei is a solid second pairing guy right now, with a chance to be a top pairing guy. Not as a flashy top pairing guy, but a steady one.
Right now, the only defenseman who is (overall) better than Skjei is McD - and there's no shame in that.
One of the reasons why Skjei is a non-starter for me in almost any deal, is because he's a guy who is very hard to replace. You're talking about a 23 year old, 6'3, 215 pound defenseman who can fly, move the puck and who theoretically has his best days ahead of him. Those players just aren't widely available and his game is tailor-made for the current style of the NHL.

Shattenkirk correctly slots in as your 3rd best defenseman, PP specialist.
Definitely. He will be a better player as well. Maybe sooner than later. Like by the end of this season. Is Skjei a better skater than McDonagh? Watching him skate is a thing of beauty.
