What he has accomplished so far is already an inspiration. He is almost fully independent and self sufficient. I will of course continue supporting him. Now... if I could only dissuade him from being a die hard Leafs fan .....
we are stubborn but in our case we need to be. because people see the handicap not the spirit. but i did it. I hated Gulf and western (former Rangers owners) trading all my heroes so against my Dad and Grandpa's wishes I became an Isles fan, but later after they won a cup my dad said he respected me for it. I think he hated Gulf and Western too. He hated how they traded for all the ex Bruins, who he hated with a passion, and then they were all Rangers. He never quite got over that I think
so dont give up hope
