I hate that this clown has another chance in the league. Yes, this is bias as a Sabres fan. Blah.

Are you mistaking him for someone else?

I'm not a fan of this signing as an Anaheim fan, but that's because I don't think he has much left to contribute. Everything else I know about him suggests he's a good teammate, and I'm not aware of any negative stigma attached to him.

lolwut

i'm guessing he'll be fehr's replacement in SD but you never know what murray is really thinking with moves like this

who does murray plan to bring in next from the 07 sens? kelly, vermette, eaves, hell even ray emery had a stint with the ducks. how about chris phillips for his cup clinching goal?

Kelly, Vermette, Eaves

I get it. You’re trying to reassemble the team you beat in the finals in 2007.

Saprykin is next.

They already tried to make Heatley work, maybe you're on to something. ;)

Let's not overreact, I'd say it deserves no more than 10x:laugh:.

If this isn't an AHL move, then I suppose it might be a precursor to Vermette being traded while he still holds some value. Nothing else makes much sense to me.

So he won't be able to play in the playoffs since he won't be waived in time?

Good soldier used to be a very good PK guy.... but really at this point there is nothing left in the tank.

I really like Kelly, nice to see him get a contract (although he can't really play anymore)

forgot all about heatley and his brief, invisible stint with the ducks

so that's 5 former players from the 07 sens who have played for the ducks now
