Both teams get a horrible case of food poisoning except for Kelly and Gionta.

GMs of each team agree to let their best healthy player face off against each other 1 on 1 like they back in the streets.

1st period Gionta scores the first goal but still manages to finish -1 on the play.

2nd period Kelly tricks Gionta into scoring on his own net. Game tied 1-1, Gionta statline somehow -4 already

3rd period Gionta fails to show up, he fell asleep after staying up all night to watch the gold medal game.
Despite not showing up for the entire 3rd period, Gionta is now -5.

Bruins win the cup, Gionta awarded conne smythe and a shiny new championship ring that has his plus/minus engraved on the back.
