FOX was airing Smackdown commercials during NFL games on Sunday. What stood out to me is that they are promoting it as a "new season" to begin on Friday. Since when was wrestling broken down by seasons? Curious if they are using a traditional broadcast schedule as a driver of story lines and arcs. Are they or have they been pattering programs to coincide with the television season format?

They've promoted shows in the past as a season premiere just for a ratings grab. Funny thing is that they've never promoted a season finale.

Both companies have large enough rosters that they can probably give guys a crash course on how to operate a camera, hell some of the "talents" might even be better off behind the camera than in front of them

You sure either the companies or the talent want to risk angering the union workers by using/becoming scabs?
