A couple of things:

1. Stay on topic. Unless it's absolutely necessary for comparison sake, leave DD, MB and MT out of this discussion. If you having anything to say about them, post in their respective threads.

2. Be respectful towards your fellow posters. Don't making any sweeping generalizations that mask a personal attack. Enough is enough now.

3. Keep offensive posts to a minimum...particularly with regards to women. Try and refrain from acting like misogynists. There have been too many racy comments against women.

4. Post things only from reputable sources. Avoid making slanderous statements. Watch out for libel.

Enough with the baseless speculation folks. The mods are getting tired of deleting the libelous and offensive posts. Threadbans and infractions are the next step.

If you've got a reliable source that you want to post... do so. Otherwise allegations and speculation on what caused this do not belong here.

Have the domestic violence conversation in the political threads. We've issued threadbans to some and we'll issue more if this keeps going off topic. The points on domestic violence have been made, now move on.

This whole thing is about as Earth shattering as the story some years back that was supposed to bring the club huge levels of embarrassment and all it was was the Kostitsyn brothers and Hamrlik lived in the same building as a guy who 'knew a guy' in the mob.

It's only 'trending' because it's being perpetuated by circling vultures. If this happened in October, I doubt we'd have even heard a peep about it from the 'reporters' in question.

The Habs are so freaking dumb sometimes. Why would they openly say they are meeting with DSP and Galchenyuk after that incident? What good can come out of this?

Now media and people are all over this all because of a non-news story.

Police got called by someone at Galchy's house. At least 3 people were there (Galchy, Galchy's GF and DSP).

Galchy's GF got arrested and police says there were on scene for a domestic violance case. Prosecutors are looking at the case to see if there will be accusation for Galchy's GF.
