First thing that has to happen is that top line has to be split up. Lee and Eberle do not work with Tavares in the middle, it has to be one or the other. Same for Bailey and Ladd.... put Ladd back with Beauvillier and Chimera. Next, identify the players that don't belong on a PP, and replace them.... looking at you, Bailey.
