In regards to the new stadium for the Bills that should be ready in a few seasons, is it worth it to Bills fans to thump their chests about it being open air if they end up being forced to play home games at a neutral site because of the weather, especially if it's a playoff game?

It's not about the game itself so much as it's about players, fans, officials, etc being able to get there safely.

The Bills played the Patriots a couple of years ago in similar wind chill in the wild card round.

I know several people who have done this in the past. Although not so close to the game and at the time they definitely weren’t making $20/hr

Weird how every weather or medical emergency for Buffalo keeps handing KC things.

Last year just handed the 1 seed. This year an extra day of rest and prep when they FINALLY might have to go on the road in the playoffs.

Ridiculous.

The great irony is that the Bills hate playing late afternoon games, with lake-effect snow threats specifically being a reason.

This move makes no sense...the snow should settle south of the stadium by 1-2pm so they easily could have played this

As someone who got hit with this storm last night, it does indeed suck ass.

I like snow games more than almost anybody, but yeah. If roads are deemed unsafe for freaking Buffalo, no need to subject tens of thousands of drivers to that needlessly.

Easy to be mad when you’re at home watching on tv while eating nachos at the league and state not toughing it out.

Moving the game isn’t about the game itself, it’s about not potentially stranding 70k people in an area roughly a year after a similar snowstorm ended up killing nearly 50 people due to power outages or them traveling when they shouldn’t have been.
