Can't wait how Balaz will play, he is doing pretty well here.

I am more surprised at selection of Andrej Golian, don’t know if he’s been better this year than others who are older. I guess it might be as an experience as he will be in contention for a spot next year.

How many NA players do we think will be selected? Obviously Roman, Ruzicka, Pospisil, and Ivan. I’d say Hrehorcak and Kukuca is a pretty good bet as well. What about Okuliar?

Im in doubt with Hrehorcak. IMO his place will take Okuliar. And there will be also Kukuca. Hrehorcak is too much focused to goals. The team need offence, but there isnt room for one sided forward. Especially, when it isnt a new Peter Bondra.

He already played his second game for the junior team
today and scored. He will report to the national team camp tomorrow.

Judging by the latest interview with Bokros, he seems to be aware of the lack of quality in the Orange team and hints and many players from NA in the final roster. Phew.

I don't mind that. Final roster is not yet announced and I guess he doesn't want the kids get complacent in the final pre games. Not announcing the games at least sparks some last minute competition.

Best team in all the years that I’ve been watching (2006 WJC). Finally a top 6 that can match to a certain extent other nations top 6

I was reading the hockey news preview for Slovakia and they mentioned possibility of reuniting Cajkovic and Okuliar. They had a real spark at U18, though I think okuliar has better chance of making it than cajkovic. But some from orange 20 will have to be there

Chemistry could be one of a factor. Lets look to first pre-tournament game. Anyway, Cajkovic last game was pretty: 2 goals and 11 shots.

Could be a solid squad from Slovakia this year. Lots of players performing in NA and top Euro Jr. leagues. Should be able to keep up to the better teams.
