One thing I noticed that the Jets have forward size over Vegas but looking just as fast. Jets lucky with Vegas hitting two more posts before the period ran out.

Vegas has Pittsburgh like speed, albeit without the uber high end talent. To me, Vegas presents the more classic challenge to the Caps in that they have a super aggressive forecheck and highly mobile defense.

I don't think they're quite as fast as PIT was the past two seasons but they've got the consistent work ethic and positioning. That said, all it takes is one shot from Winnipeg, the crowd is alive again and it's a whole different game.

Maybe. But we have a lot of quality D prospects who could end up as good. We no such talent at forward when FF was traded.
