Now that we have Dougie I would feel very comfortable trading wideman for a late first and taking a risk on Kylington. Who would be interested in Wides. Maybe Detriot if we throw in a prospect or another pick?

I wouldn't have moved Hamilton if I was them, but with their cap it makes a lot of sense.

Does it make sense to move the young guys to make sure you can keep the old guys, though? It's weird that those two guys are viewed as the most expendable.

Pearson (recently re-signed) and 13th for Lucic and 37th overall would be my guess.
Or Kozun and Forbort plus the first round pick.

Lucic on the Kings would be fearsome. Tops in the Pacific, and probably no more middling playoff-seeding.
