Per Mark, Hemsky is skating with Eakin and Roussel.
It's Ruff so the lines typically mean nothing, but that sounds like an awful place to give Hemsky is 2nd chance. I guess this is technically third chance ... whatever.
If that ended up being a line, I just the theory could be they'll drag him into the fight. I think it will just highlight his deficiencies.
