They don't change by league, so I expect it assumes standard Yahoo league settings.
O-Rank is online rank, its how people online are using them.

Here's the information parred down to what I'm focused on:
Name | GP | Actual Rank | Average Rank Palat |41GP|67|97
Lucic |43GP|71|175
Schenn |44GP|127|188
It makes no sense...Lucic is 4 behidn Palat in Actual Rank, based on their total stats, but he's 78 spots behind Palat in average rank, based on per game stats. They've played basically the same number of games...the gap between their actual ranks and their average ranks should be about the same.
I believe this is because PIMs really boost Lucic's value in overall stats (top 10) but in average stats there are quite a number of players who have high average PIMs due to only playing a few games putting him much further back.
In fact, that's the case for all stats to an extent and results in average rank being all but useless. Andrew Agozzino is 62nd in it.
I've never looked at average stats ever, I do most of my analysis when looking at who's not over their previous 14 or 30 games.
I'm not sure what you'd ever get looking at the averages.
Updated roto stats. Boom!

I inharited a bad team
Question--can I trade for draft high draft picks for next year or am I more or less stuck with my team? I read the no tanking rules--but my team sucks and there is only so much life on the waiver wire.
For example say if I moved Tarensenko, a 6th and 7th for a mid level player and 1st and a 2nd --would that be against the tanking rules? there is only so mcu tweeking I can do to the pile of crap I have
Tanking rule applies when you are inactive or purposely not setting your lineups, in order to lose all matchups so you'll have the best chance to win the lottery.
just needed a clerification because leading out of the all star break I am going to do my best to scrap out of the basement--however--at the deadline (BTW--when is our trade deadline) I may start building for next year)--either the guy who drafted this team had no idea or he just drafted very badly
4th place. Got rid of yakupov too.
Too bad this league has gotten quite stale for some of you.
Rattleshirt and ubiquitous both have not set their lineups this week....even after exchanging PMs in terms of trade proposals, I'm suprised to see Rattleshirt's lineups not set at all. Can that be viewed as tanking?
Any ideas for spicing things up again?
