New Jersey had more high danger scoring chances at 3-1 that period. Tampa didn't dominate that frame.

Irrelevant. It was icing all the way and inexplicably it gets waived off. Maybe that happens all the time and it's something I never noticed. Ranger player on the far side slowed down, so it really did change the whole sequence.
