I thought Zykov played RW? Looks like Peters is setting him for failure. Hopefully we can at least see him shine on the PP?
I'd be interested to see him play on a line with Lindy at some point. I for some reason can just imagine Zykovs net front precense meshing well with Lindy's play making abilities.
Be happy, he can't win 2 games in a row, so with this game we will get more lottery ballsDarling again eh.
Smith could be getting the wings flipped in his tweet. Pdg is a lefty so he’d have two off side wingers there, which to be fair Phil does play both sides for us.
Does Zykov play RW this year?
I've heard his a lefty that plays RW in Charlotte.
Well that explains it. It’s not Peters getting it wrong and setting him up for failure by making Zykov play his wrong side, it’s Peters doing him a solid and having PDG stay on the wrong side to help Zykov.
Some of you guys with the Peters hate....

For those sitting in the North end of PNC, you're in luck.Darling again eh.
You can't always get what you want...
Darling again eh.
Check that. Reverse it. He's a righty who plays LW.
Yeah, that's right, err..I mean left.
Forget its. Yeah, that's correct.
Eh, I could see playing him more as a win-win for us, even if all he does is lose-lose. If he plays well, then maybe he's turned the corner and will be the #1 we need next fall. If he continues to blow chunks, then we know he'll be the #2 guy next season.

And I'd trade rosters with them in a heartbeat.
From what I've seen from Darling, even when he wins, he looks awful. So I'm not sure that getting a few "W"s is going to help anything. If anything, it may give us a false sense of him getting his act together. He just looks awful in net. He overplays everything. He's terrible playing the puck. He has no rebound control. It's like the bar is so low for goaltending right now, that we don't even care about all this, as long as he stops something. But this is the NHL. We should be able to expect more. And it's obvious when Cam plays that Darling is nowhere near that level, and Ward is barely NHL caliber.

Outside of McDavid and Draisatl our roster is a complete mess. Our winger depth is probably the worst in the league, our defense is unimpressive and our goaltending has been red lights all year."Since meeting in the Cup Final in 2006, both Edmonton and Carolina have missed the playoffs in 11 of the next 12 seasons." - Boomer Gordon on NHL Network Radio a few minutes ago.
