So for me this season has showed the Sabres used scoring to cover up cracks, development, etc last season. Perhaps now they are settling into this system finally. Get healthy and who knows. A glimmer. But Avs and Knights now does not help.

Since the Nashville game... seems like the work has been there in Boston, against Montreal, and also tonight. The DRW game is the outlier in this recent stretch. Hopefully they continue to string good effort games together, the results will start to follow.

Loved how they played tonight - a pretty through thumping of the Coyotes. Crowd was quiet but decent, people seemed happy to be there and optimistic.

JJ might be one of the fastest players in the league. In person down low he's just blazing.

We whiff on more pucks than any team I can remember.
