Should just put fabbri on the 1st line and give perlini more minutes with flip. I don't see zadina doing much. He's too soft, weak and slow for the game

Have you watched him in GR? Looks bigger, faster & stronger compared to last year
He's looked extremely dangerous in GR. The game against Milwaukee on Friday he should have had four points. Set up a couple of AHL dusters for easy tap ins that they messed up. He's worked hard on his compete level and has been getting in the other teams face all season. Pair him with some good players and he might look better than he does in GR.

I hope he plays on the first line, Bert and Larkin will be able to create a lot of space for him.
Treat him like a 6th OA pick with high pedigree, give him every chance to succeed and hopefully he takes advantage of it. Don't let him start on the 3rd line and have him work his way up, please.

This was the right decision. Kid has been the best forward in GR the past 2-3 weeks. Dont think there was a good time to call him up without a clear injury to a top 6 forward, and now that there is, you give him his chance.
The only hope I have is that Blashill keeps him the hell away from Athanasiou. Whether that means moving AA up to be next to Larkin and Bertuzzi, or letting Zadina slot in. I do not want Zadina to be on a line with Athanasiou under any circumstances.

zadina is ready. after a brutal pre season and a few games at the ahl level he is ready to give it a go with the big boys. with a depleted D core who are replaced by players who don't belong in the NHL why not bring up and roster another player who doesn't belong at the nhl level.
I have a good feeling this time.

Good for Zadina. I am looking forward to seeing how he looks at the NHL level. He should be graded based on point production but early on we may have to focus on compete level given how little skill we have.

Yeah another top center, 2 top pair D, and a goalie, along with some secondary scoring for the third line. So many holes....
