I am super envious of Hughes and Nemec.
It's definitely good to have 2 potential first pairing guys in the pipeline. I almost put Nemec second, I think he's that good, but I'm still pretty high on Holtz. Let's just say it's very close between the 2 for me.

In no universe is Mintyukov better than Zellweger.

Currently, no. Just my opinion but Mintyukov's foundation of skills gives him sky-high upside and I have no problem with someone putting him on top of their list. They can both be top pair guys.

Yurov dropped because of the Russian factor. He would otherwise be a top-10 guy. Why is he behind Faber and Ohgren on your list.

Yurov tumbled on a lot of lists because he didn't look good in the KHL. Some of us had Ohgren in that 10-15 range. Both have great all-around skill and torched their respective junior leagues.

Winnipeg:

Probably will change after the WJC but this is what I have for Winnipeg off the top of my head, didn't put much thought into the order but it's probably the 10 best and a projection:

Perfetti (1st liner)
Heinola (top 4 LHD)
McGroarty (top 6 gritty scorer)
Chaz Lucius (top 6 scorer)
Samberg (top 4 LHD)
Lambert (top 6 scorer)
Chibrikov (top 6 scorer)
Rashevsky (middle 6 scorer)
Gustavsson (3rd line center),
Chisholm (bottom 4 LHD)

HM:

Zhilkin
Torgersson
Kuzemin
Salomonsson
The Jets pipeline got a LOT better over the last few years. Dang.

I guess something like that:

1. Simon Edvinsson
2. Sebastian Cossa
3. Marco Kasper
4. Jonathan Berggren
5. Elmer Soderblom
6. William Wallinder
7. Dmitri Buchelnikov
8. Albert Johansson
9. Cross Hanas
10. Shai Buium

HM: Theodor Niederbach, Carter Mazur, Pontus Andreasson, Red Savage, Dylan James, Eemil Viro, Carter Gylander
I am so pumped for Johansson.

Number 5 on my list this year. Perspective is a crazy thing. Same pts in the Liiga regular season as Slafkovsky.
Your point about Slafkovsky is something I have thought about. I just don't like hearing and reading questions about hockey sense but then I watched his full game vs. Germany in the cancelled WJC and he looks great.

Yurov literally got no opportunity in the KHL, he played like 15 seconds a game on average

He's suited up in 64 career KHL games, rs and playoffs, and if IIRC I believe he got some decent minutes in a good number of them. Some were a couple shifts, some were a lot of shifts.
