That D and goaltending is pretty pathetic. The bottom 6 makes me want to cry.. 2008 was just a brutal off-season for us.

Yea, I don't think that's correct. An offer sheet is simply that; an offer. Nashville had 7 days to match the offer and Shea Weber was still a member of their organization during that time.

Yeah I don't know myself. I remember it being a point of debate when it went down and I don't remember it ever being clarified because it became a moot point anyways.
