Your team's best lineup

You can only use players that are still playing somewhere and have played at least one game for your team.

Chicago

Hossa - Toews - Sharp
Kane - Richards - Ladd
Byfuglien - Bolland - Versteeg
Shaw - Frolik - Saad

Keith - Seabrook
Hjarmarsson - Oduya
Wisniewski - Campbell

Crawford
Anderson

This sounded like a much better idea then what it turned out to be. The hawks roster hasn't changed much. I figure the flyers would be a great one since they have a lot of blockbuster trades.

Can't be bothered to do a whole team, but I think a top 6 would look something like:

Hossa-Crosby-Iginla
Jagr-Malkin-Neal

Wow, really had to rack my brain for that one. Probably could have picked a few better players, but it's hard to keep track of the thousands of thousands of NHL players.

If you're assuming everyone is at their peak you are absolutely forgetting someone...

As you can see, the Avs haven't exactly had a plethora of defenseman to choose from that were actually decent. Ryan Wilson, Kyle Cumiskey, Greg Zanon, Ryan O'Byrne, Shane O'Brien, Kyle Quincey, Jonas Holos, Brett Clark, Scott Hannan, John-Michael Liles, Matt Hunwick, Nick Holden, Nate Guenin, and Andre Benoit have all graced this team with their presence. Yuck

and if you're talking about the someone I think you're talking about, note that the OP specifies they have to still be playing somewhere, and that someone doesn't play anywhere anymore.

Lol well they're definitely not talking about the someone you think they're talking about. Poster was most likely talking about #68

My goodness.

I'd also like to see a lineup for Boston. That would probably be one of the best ones.

Are we talking current play, peak with team or peak overall? Flyers Jagr and Pens Jagr are two different animals, likewise Sharp is better now than he ever was here.

Gagne- Giroux - Jagr
Carter - Richards - Voracek
JVR- Briere - Sharp
Williams - Couturier - Simmonds
-------------------------------------------------
Hartnell - Schenn - Read

Timonen - Pronger
Siedenberg - Coburn
Streit - Schenn
Carle

Bobrovsky
Mason

Edit: **** it, I'm including Pronger and Timonen, bite me

I was going to do the Oilers line-up..

But I quickly realized how bad it was going to be.

Unless you count Pronger it is pretty bad.

Tried this quick, definitely forgetting someone, or three. Assuming we are using guys at their peaks, I considered the likes of Jokinen and Brad Richards. But what the hell, I'll let another Ranger fan do better.
