Good afternoon Gentlemen
Looks like a jacked John Hynes.
Good afternoon Gentlemen
All four lines looked great yesterday. Let em cook.I am traveling and I have missed the last week or so. I saw Foote was inserted (into Boucher...Dad joke in french). Anyone have a sense how pairings and lines are gelling? I saw Nico and Bratt call out Timos work even though he did not score.
No idea who that guy might be but Twitter does not have nice things to say about him reading the replies.
not sure if this was posted earlier but worth a repost if so
the beat you missed Lindy was adding "... and a great way for the rest of the team to think about how they should play if they want those things said and thought of them as a teammate."
Think like a winner guys.
Last year I think they came to the conclusion that, because of his skating, he’s not a top 6 player, and if he is to make it, it would be as a bottom 6 guy.I think there's a few things going on with Foote and the perception of him among Devils fans - first, that the Devils didn't draft him, second that he had kind of a down year last season in Utica.
I missed last night's game but to me the question with guys like this is always the small-area plays. If Foote doesn't have the speed, that's fine, as long as he can keep plays alive along the boards and chip in a few goals around the net. There's always going to be a spot in this league for guys like Pat Maroon - it might not be as high up in the lineup as it once was, but it'll always be there.
Foote’s path to NHL permanence seems fairly clear.Last year I think they came to the conclusion that, because of his skating, he’s not a top 6 player, and if he is to make it, it would be as a bottom 6 guy.
So they told him to play more physical and stuck him on Gauthier’s wing.
So the numbers last year ( and most likely this year as well but I don’t really know) need to be considered with that context.
At this year’s prospect camp he talked about the need to get stronger. Which I saw as a late to the game realization but speaks to the transition in his game as well.
For me, except with Wood, speed usually doesn’t mean top speed, it means effective speed.Foote looked plenty fast trying to beat out that icing call.

Okay...what the hell did this guy actually do for you to say that?Yeah I just found out about all that "stuff". I deleted my post and your quote of it. Don't wanna glorify any part of that dude now.
I need a shower.
I've just seen bits and pieces, but @NjDevsRR posted something that someone said on twitter about how him and his GF used to stalk Keith Kinkaid (of all people lol) and follow players cars out of the building, as well as rip people off by selling shitty (possibly fake?) autographs.Okay...what the hell did this guy actually do for you to say that?
The tweet was deleted (here) before I could go and see what people were saying about him.
I swear to you...I only kept to Twitter when it came to Kinkaid.I've just seen bits and pieces, but @NjDevsRR posted something that someone said on twitter about how him and his GF used to stalk Keith Kinkaid (of all people lol) and follow players cars out of the building, as well as rip people off by selling shitty (possibly fake?) autographs.
I looked through a few comments on twitter and he seems to be well-known by other Devils fans and he's apparently a Jersey guy that was just traveling down here for games. He's not a fellow Floridian Devils fan living down here like myself.
One guy commented that he has a funny story about him, but never shared it. Just said he seemed cool at first and they hung out and the beach bash and then things went bad.
Yeah, I'm not sure if they were fake autographs or just ones that weren't in great shape or faded, etc, or what?I swear to you...I only kept to Twitter when it came to Kinkaid.
(really....)
(heh...)
But selling fake autographs? Isn't that like a crime?
I'm not going to say anything here because it could be construed as defamation. If you search Twitter you'll find plenty of folks who claim to know him either directly or through a friend. I saw posts from someone I know personally and trust their moral compass enough to just say no way and move along.Okay...what the hell did this guy actually do for you to say that?

If you don't want to glorify him, just send me a PM of the tweet so I can see what you are talking about.
Ok then.So I guess he’s a Jersey guy that was traveling down here to see the games?
Like I said, this dude was sitting a few rows in front of me at the Panthers game. I didn’t see him last night. He had the same Bratt short sleeve or cut off jersey on, but he had the hat hat and a different pair of sunglasses on, which I don’t think he ever took off that night.
He was definitely a little goofy at times, like the two consecutive let’s go Brandon chants in the 1st period.
He was also acting a little bit loaded at times, but I never seen him drinking anything. May have just been his personality.
Player stalking is weird. The most I’ll go is watching the team bus pull into the building or driving by the team hotel and making a u turn out of there lol.
That doesn't look anything like Jesper Bratt? Looks more like a young Parise than Bratt
