The lack of speed is once again going to be a huge issue. It doesn't matter if its preseason or regular season, they are going to be slow as dirt again. I get it that they run a heavy puck possession, forechecking system but it seems like they've gone totally overboard with the big burly types. With the exception of Brunner, who may not even be here on opening night, who on this roster actually makes an opposing defense nervous as they skate up the ice?

Young and fast teams are going to maim us again.

Agreed, skill wise he really looks like his motor is back and his skill is there. All health but he could be a steal for us.
