Journey was great, but I think I loved Flower more.

I'd say Limbo. To be fair, I think it was the only non-AAA game I actually played on my PS3 (which was almost exclusively for Uncharted and Battlefield), but it was also a really good game.

I guess people just mentioned indie games. I think there is a difference between an indie game and an AAA game. Bionic Commando, Vanquish, Resonance of Fate, The Saboteur, etc....not indie games but not AAA either.
