Nords. Should already be back if the NHL had its head screwed on right. Don't have to explain the incredibly equity and value they would provide to the league in entertainment. Should've been team 32, should still be team 33.

Whalers the clear second option. Amazing logo. Significantly more interesting of a team concept than "Kraken".

Have a soft spot for the Golden Seals even though I wasn't born when they last played. In the far flung (late 21st century, if humanity, pro sports and pro ice hockey are all still around) I can imagine Oakland having a team again to rival San Jose and the Golden Seals... well damn, how cool and unusual of a name and logo is that?
