Just thought it would be fun to come up with a hypothetical Team Canada roster if the Olympic Games or World Cup were held this month rather then 2014. Here`s what my team would look like:

Perry-Toews-Sharp

Note: very tempted to include Tavares on this list however couldn`t justify Toews + Bergeron as the only returning centres due to Crosby`s injury + Richards and Getzlaf`s atrocious play this season.

What would your rosters look like??

You are making the exact same mistake we made in 98 and 06. We can't send all these big, bruting powerforwards, because it's the BIG ICE again this year. Those speedy euros will skate circles around us.

No Thornton, Iginla, Marleau.

Add Tavares, Spezza, Eberle.
