Can't say I agree with some of the values assigned to certain players, but with the given parameters, I'd probably go with this:

Plenty of offensive punch, with a great 2-way center and decent defense in front of a respectable goalie.

This would be my lineup as well. Take the three best players on the team, ones that don't really have peers and I love Nyquist but he isn't there yet and may never be. The fact Mantha cost a buck makes him a no-brainer. Kronwall is our best D-man in a landslide. I am tempted to go with Ouellet over Marchenko but I do like having the natural right-handed D on that pairing and Marchenko is exceptionally solid in his own right. I cannot see any other lineup beating this one, unless it has Howard playing exceptional in it something his value has made people shy away from in this thread.

Thats the reason I choose this lineup. Having our three best players, world class players, together makes the most sense, and they will undoubtedly make up for any ineptitudes from the rookies. Having D and Z takes a bunch of pressure off of Mantha at both ends of the ice. Marchenko can be a good two way defenseman and just slightly beat out Ouellet because of his right handed shot.
